SSSE is proud to present the SSSE Diversified Fund I: a $15,000,000 syndication designed to deliver consistent, risk-adjusted returns through a multi-pronged approach across the self storage sector. This syndication will operate as a GP investor in acquiring existing facilities, developing new facilities, preferred equity participation, secured lending, wholesaling, and co-investing.
Over the 5 year investment term, investors can experience a 7%-8% preferred return, 17% - 22% targeted IRR, and estimated depreciation of $0.50 - $0.90 per $1 invested. This is a 506(c) offering available to accredited investors only
