We obtain “Personal Information,” which is information that can be used to identify you individually, that you submit through the forms contained on our Site. “Personal Information” includes Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Property Address and Property Information (number of stories, types of units, sizes of units, age of facility, access information, physical attributes, square footage, acreage, build type), Mortgage Information (first mortgage balance, additional mortgage balance, combined balance of all mortgages and debt, combined monthly payments on mortgages and debt, current payment status, amount owed for back payments), Financial Information (income and expenses, rental rates, occupancy) and Selling Information (reason for selling, time frame, listing status, sale price requested).

Use of Information

Personal Information is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. SSSE, LLC does not share mobile numbers.

Communications
