Communications
Site guests, users, clients and customers that submit a webform through the Site or contact Self Storage Syndicated Equities, LLC, and/or its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Self Storage Syndicated Equities”) with the desire to receive communications from Self Storage Syndicated Equities, consent to receive email, phone, text, and mail messages from Self Storage Syndicated Equities. These messages and communications will be related to the services that the guests, users, clients, and customers contacted Self Storage Syndicated Equities about and will be marketing, customer care, account notification, and security alert related. These messages and communications are meant for established business relationships or new guests, users, clients and customers that opt-in through first contacting Self Storage Syndicated Equities by filling out a webform with written consent, sending an email with written consent, sending a text message with written consent, or sending a letter with written consent.
Guests, users, clients and customers can opt-out by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, or OPTOUT to any of our communications. Confirmation of opt-out will be provided.
All of Self Storage Syndicated Equities’ communications are documented. Message frequency will be less than 30 times per month and most likely just in normal conversation between Self Storage Syndicated Equities and its guests, users, clients and customers. Message and data rates may apply; if you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
